Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty and skincare products (once opened)
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at [buybasket.pk@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
